About the Artist

Wes Hart has been a custom goldsmith since his apprenticeship began in the jewelry trade shops in 1972. His love of creating fine working miniatures began well before that. Wes' work can be seen in several major museums around the world including his contributions to the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, the Kansas City Toy and Doll Museum and the Spanish National Museum in Madrid Spain. Wes creates 1/12th scale working firearms, crossbows, suites of armor, swords, pole arms, clocks, working miniature scissors, various art including enameled flowers and miniature musical instruments.
